Additional pets, holidays & same-day requests

Extra pets are an additional $5 per pet. Holiday rates and an additional charge for same-day bookings apply. Please confirm your total when arranging service.

What if I need to cancel?

Life happens and plans can change. Please give at least 24 hours’ notice whenever possible. With 24 or more hours’ notice, there’s no cancellation fee. With less than 24 hours’ notice, the full cost of the walk will be charged.

True emergencies happen. If something unexpected comes up, please reach out so we can handle the situation with understanding and compassion.

How do I schedule a visit?

Call us to discuss your pet and schedule. You can also open our DoTimely Client Portal to manage your pet care. Requests are subject to availability and confirmation.
